These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Made By You website and your purchases, class registrations, studio bookings, and clay orders. By using the website or completing a transaction, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and registrations
Classes, events, and studio reservations are subject to availability. You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information. A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation through our scheduling or checkout system.
Please arrive at the stated time and follow studio instructions. A parent or guardian is responsible for bookings made for minors and for any supervision required during the activity.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, processing charges, deposits, or other fees will be disclosed before payment when required. By submitting payment, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method.
Clay orders
Made By You distributes clay through the studio. Please call 541-520-0731 before placing an online clay order to confirm current stock, quantity, and pickup or fulfillment details.
Website inventory may not reflect real-time studio stock. An online order is accepted only after Made By You confirms availability. If an item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative, adjust the order with your approval, or cancel and refund the unavailable item.
Order details
You are responsible for checking product descriptions, quantities, pickup details, and contact information before submitting an order. Risk of loss transfers when the order is picked up or delivered as stated in the order confirmation.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, store credits, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any specific terms displayed during booking or checkout. If specific checkout terms conflict with the general Refund Policy, the specific terms accepted at checkout control for that transaction.
Studio participation and safety
Creative activities may involve tools, clay, glaze, glass, heat, kilns, paint, or other materials. Follow staff instructions and use materials only as directed. Tell staff about relevant accessibility needs, allergies, or safety concerns before participating. Participation is voluntary, and artistic results can vary.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal and business transactions with Made By You. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse booking or checkout systems, or copy website content for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual property
